摘要
在我国经济不断发展的过程中,我国农业劳动生产率也实现了持续和稳步的增长,农村经济整体上呈现快速发展的良好势头。但目前,我国大部分地区农村公共产品供给短缺和结构不合理矛盾仍然很突出,这一问题业已成为制约我国农村进一步发展的瓶颈。本文从农村公路建设、农田水利建设、医疗公共卫生和农村教育等四个方面,对辽宁省近几年农村公共产品的供给现状进行描述,分析了存在的主要问题,最后提出了提高辽宁省农村公共产品供给效率的具体对策措施。
During the process of China＇s economic development, labor productivity of our agriculture has achieved sustained and steady growth of the rural economy, which presents the good momentum of rapid development. But at present, shortage and irrational structure contradiction of China＇s rural public products supply is still outstanding. This problem has been a bottleneck for further development. This article chooses four aspects of rural public product supply to describe the present situation, which includes the rural highway construction, water conservancy construction, medical and public health and rural education in Liaoning Province in recent years. And it analyzes the main problems, and finally proposes specific measures to improve the efficiency of the rural public product supply in the Liaoning province.
