摘要
用高效液相色谱法建立三七冠心宁胶囊中三七皂苷R1及人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1分析方法.采用Watres SunfireC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长203nm,柱温30℃.结果显示三七皂苷R1在0.0125～0.8mg/mL(r=0.99996),人参皂苷Rg1在0.025～1.6mg/mL(r=0.99990),人参皂苷Rb1在0.025～1.6mg/mL(r=0.99984)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.本方法简便,快速,准确.重现性好,可用于本制剂的含量测定及质量控制.
To establish the analysis of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 and Notoginsenoside R1 of Sanqiguanxining capsulae by HPLC. The Watres Sunfire C18 （4.6mm × 150mm, 5μ m） was used, with mixture liquid of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The detective wavelength was 203 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The linear range of this method was 0.0125 - 0.8 mg/mL for （R1） （r = 0. 99996） ,0. 025 - 1.6mg/mL for （ Rg1 ） （ r = 0. 99990）, 0. 025 - 1.6 mg/mL for （ Rb1 ） （ r = 0. 99984 ） respectively. The method had the advantages of simpliciy, rapidity, accuracy and precision, and can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Sanqiguanxining capsulae.
