本文综合阐述了企业流程改造产生的背景、原则、企业流程改造的方法如比较法，实施步骤和流程增值分析。
This article introduces BPR from the more aspects, such as background,methodology,principle and implementation steps.The article also presents value delivery process and analyzes some factors which impact the effect of BPR implementation.
