摘要
结合创新理论，对企业流程改造的性质和特点及阻碍其实施的因素进行了重新思考。本文主题是，试图揭示我国国有企业成功实施企业流程改造的关键。
The nature and characteristics of BPR and the factors counteracting its implementation are reconsidered in line with innovation theory. The theme of this paper is to try to discover the key to successful implementation of BPR in China's state-owned enterprises.
