摘要 20世纪90年代中期以来,以企业价值为基础的企业管理模式逐渐受到西方企业界的认可和推崇。事实已经证明,采用这一极具科学前沿意义的新的企业管理模式,对于优化企业的管理行为,保障企业的长远可持续发展具有十分重大的意义。采用基于价值的企业管理模式,是企业管理领域中影响深刻的一场革命。因为无论是从理念上,还是在技术上,这一新的企业管理模式均与以往有着根本性的区别。重视现金流量,重视资本成本,重视预算控制,是基于价值的企业管理模式的几个重要特征。在这一新的企业管理模式中,理财行为真正成为所有企业管理活动的核心,并从根本上决定着一个企业管理素质的高低。
