摘要
针对高职院校人才培养要求,对我院食品加工专业《食品营养学》课程进行教学模式、教学方法、教学手段及考核办法进行大胆改革与创新。
According to personnel training requirements for the higher vocational colleges, the teaching model, teaching methods, assessment methods and means for food nutrition course of the food processing specialty in our college have been reformed and innovated.
