摘要
分析了目前高职院校德育教育与管理工作中存在的问题,认为普遍存在德育工作机制先天性缺陷、德育工作队伍参差不齐、德育智育化等现象。阐述了自主体验式德育教育和管理模式的理论依据和实践基础,并指出自主体验式德育教育和管理模式建构需要处理好以下几个方面的关系:道德的"自主建构"和"价值引导"的关系;"传统模式"与"现代模式"的关系;老师与学生关系;道德课程与道德实践的关系。
This paper probes into the problems in the moral education and management in institutions of higher vocational education, including the deficient moral education working mechanism, the imbalanced development of moral education practitioners, and the negligence of moral education, etc.. On such a basis, it clarifies the theoretical and practical grounds of autonomous experiential moral education and managing model. In constructing such a model, as is pointed out hereafter, we should handle properly the relationship between self construction and value guidance in moral education, traditional and modern models,teachers and students, and moral curriculum and moral practice.
