摘要
针对新形势下高职院校德育工作队伍的现状,我院明确了科学的建设思路,初步形成了具有自身特色的建设模式,在实践中具体运用并加以完善。结合我院做法,本文就如何建设一支高效的高职院校德育工作队伍提出了三点构想:不断自我完善,加强自身修养;肯定德育工作者的价值;建立科学的选拔、考核机制。
For the new situation of the moral education in vocational college,our college cleared the thinking of the moral education building and formed the education mode of ourselves＇ character.We continued to perfect it in practice.According to the method of our college,this passage proposed three ideas to build the moral education group： continuing to perfect ourselves,and continuing to learn;confirming the value of the moral educator;building a reasonable selection and assessment system.
