摘要
对20种引入的国内外紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种进行了光合性能研究,通过测定叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量,结合鲜草产量进行了分析。结果表明,不同品种在同一地区相同自然条件下,指标含量存在差异。与新疆大叶品种比较后,引进品种以飞马的指标含量最优,其次为德宝、三得力、德福、驯鹿、中苜1号、皇冠、苜蓿王、雷达克之星,它们的光合性能和产量均优于对照品种,适于在塔里木河流域种植。
The photosynthetic characteristics of 20 alfalfas （Medicago saliva L.） home and abroad were studied. The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid and yield of fresh grass were determined and analyzed. The result showed that under the same conditions there existed difference in chlorophyll content, carotenoid content and yield among different varieties. Compared with Xinjiangdaye, variety Grandeur was the best, then Derby, Three effective, Deft, Reindeer, Zhongmu No.l, Phabulous, Emperor and Leidake Star among the introduced varieties. Their yield and characters were better than the control variety. They were suitable to grow in Tarim river area.
