摘要
选用3个不同耐热性辣椒品种为试材,利用人工气候室在苗期进行高温(40℃)胁迫处理,研究高温胁迫对辣椒品种苗期光合作用的影响。试验结果表明:高温胁迫12 h对所有品种净光合速率(Pn)均产生明显的抑制作用;叶绿素总量表现为先上升后下降的趋势,耐热品种湘研5号叶绿素总量变化幅度小于热敏品种苏椒5号。这一结果说明净光合速率和叶绿素总量可作为选育耐热辣椒品种的生理指标。试验结果还表明,胁迫初期各品种气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)下降,细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)上升,12 h后,气孔导度和蒸腾速率有回升趋势,而细胞间隙CO2浓度基本维持不变,说明在40℃高温胁迫下辣椒的光合抑制是由非气孔因素造成的。
Three pepper (Capsicum annuum L. ) cultivars with different adaptability to heat stress were used to study the effect of heat stress (40 ℃ ) on photosynthetic characteristics. Results showed that net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of all cultivars considerably were inhibited under high temperature for 0 - 12 h, total chlorophyll increased earlier and decreased later, but the range of heat-tolerant variety Xiangyan 5 was less than that of heat-sensitive variety Sujiao 5. Pn and total chlorophyll could be used to evaluate the heat tolerance ability of pepper. In addition, Stomatal conductance ( Gs ) and transpiration rate ( Tr) decreased while intercellular CO2 concentration ( Cj ) increased at first stage, then Gs and Tr had the tendency to go up while Ci almost unchanged after 12 h, which showed that the effect of non-stomata was mainly occupied to decrease Pn in this experiment.
