摘要
通过对不同苜蓿品种的脯氨酸含量测定,结果表明:驯鹿和胖多苜蓿品种的脯氨酸含量极显著(0.01水平)高于新疆大叶(对照);雷达克之星脯氨酸含量低于对照品种;综合脯氨酸含量和鲜草产量,初步筛选出飞马这个新品种在南疆阿拉尔地区适应性较好。
By the proline determination of the different alfalfa, the result showed： Reindeer and Pounds had significant difference with contrast Leaves in Xinjiang. The proline content of Leidake Star was lower with contrast Leaves in Xinjiang. According to proline content and fresh yield,it was preliminary screened that the Grandeur deserve the extensive expansion in the Mar.of south xinjiang.
