摘要
采用氧化萃取方法,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,甲酸为催化剂,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,糠醛为萃取剂,对焦化汽油进行脱硫脱氮处理。结果表明,氧化萃取最佳工艺条件为:焦化汽油用量50 mL,甲酸/过氧化氢(体积比)0.16,相转移催化剂用量0.06 g,过氧酸/焦化汽油(体积比)0.6,反应温度50℃,反应时间50 min,萃取剂糠醛用量50 mL。在此条件下,焦化汽油二级萃取脱硫率可达76.95%,脱氮率可达95.21%,汽油收率达到90%以上。萃取剂的再生性能良好,可回收利用。
The desulfurization 'and denitrification of coker gasoline was investigated with hydrogen per- oxide as the oxidant, formic acid as catalyst,hexade- cyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst, furfural as extractant by the oxidation ex- traction method. The results showed that the opti- mum condition of oxidation extraction was coker gas- oline amount 50 mL, formic acid/hydrogen peroxide (volume ratio)0.16, peroxy acid/coker gasoline (volume ratio)0.6, phase transfer catalyst amount 0.06 g, reaction temperature 50℃ , reaction time 50 min, extractant amount 50 mL, two stage extrac- tion. Under this condition,the desulfurization percent and denitrification percent were 76.95%, 95.21% respectivily, and the gasoline yield was more than 90%. The extractant regeneration performance was better,and extractant could be recycled.
