摘要
考察了稀土钝钒剂(其活性组分为La2O3)对钒污染的RHZ-300裂化催化剂的裂化活性、生焦及再生性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着钝钒剂中活性组分La2O3负载量的增加,催化剂的裂解活性也增加,但负载量有一个最佳值。同时,随着钝钒剂加入量的增加,催化剂的裂解活性增加,其加入量也有一个最佳值。稀土钝钒剂能明显地抑制钒污染的RHZ-300催化剂的生焦。对催化剂的烧焦反应行为及热重动力学研究表明,稀土钝钒剂的加入能明显地降低烧焦反应的活化能和烧焦温度,并有助于催化剂的低温再生。
The effects of vanadium trapping agent (VTA) La 2O 3 on the performance of the commercial FCC catalyst RHZ-300 with depositial vanadium were investigated in a catalytic micro reactor. Regeneration of the catalyst with and without La 2O 3-containing VTA were carried out in a dynamic thermal gravity unit. It shows that the La 2O 3-containing VTA not only increases obviously activity of the catalyst with vanadium deposition of 0.6%, but also inhibits effectively the coke formation on the RHZ-300 catalyst. Particularly, there exists an optimum value respectively for the loading amount of La 2O 3 on the support of VTA and for the addition amount of La 2O 3-containing VTA in the FCC catalyst. Thermogravity analyses show that the regeneration temperature of the RHZ-300 catalyst with addition of La 2O 3-containing VTA is lower than that without the VTA, and the activation energy of regeneration for the RHZ 300 catalyst with addition of La 2O 3-containing VTA is also obviously lower than that without the VTA. The La 2O 3-containing VTA can enhance the regeneration behavior of the FCC catalyst RHZ-300 at low temperature.
