摘要
用热重法考察了低碳烃芳构化过程中结炭的H-ZSM-5和Ga-ZSM-5催化剂的脱炭热重曲线。建立了分段求算失活催化剂再生动力学参数的方法,并将计算结果与结炭反应条件进行了关联。结果表明:(1)Ga-ZSM-5比H-ZSM-6的再生活化能高;(2)丙烷芳构化时,催化剂的再生活化能比丙烯反应时的高;(3)高空速下进行芳构化反应有利于催化剂的再生。
The decoking TG curves of coked H-ZSM-5 and Ga-ZSM-5 for lower paraffine aromatization have been studied by thermogravimetry. A method for calculating the regeneration kinetics data has been estiblished. Calculated results were correlated with the reaction conditions. The results are as follows: (1) The regeneration of coked Ga-ZSM-5 has a higher activation energy than that of coked H-ZSM-5 under the same aromatization reaction conditions. (2)The regeneration activation energy of coked catalysts tor propane aromatization is higher than that for propene aromatization. (3) It is'easy to regenerate the coked catalysts for aromatization reaction at high WHSV.
