摘要
为探讨羟基磷灰石(HA)修复眶骨缺损及凹陷畸形的机制,将多孔块状羟基磷灰石植入家兔软组织及眶骨膜下,观察其组织反应,为临床应用提供进一步理论依据。临床对14例、17处眶骨畸形以HA进行修复,观察6~24个月,平均16个月,术后行X线及同位素检查。结果:动物实验证实HA无免疫反应及炎性反应,具有良好的生物相容性。临床应用14例效果满意,术后1年以上X光片未见植入物的密度,边界及大小的改变,同位素检查证实植入半年后植入侧的血流接近正常。
Subject:To study the mechanism of repairing orbit bone defects with Hydroxyapatite(HA)and to enlarge the clinical use of HA.Method:In experiment,we implanted porous HA pieces into the rabbit muscles and under the periosteum,observed the tissues reactions,for furnishing more theroy basis for clinical use.In clinical study,we repaired 17 sites in 14 cases of orbit bone defects with HA,observed 6 to 24 months.Parts of cases were examined by x ray and radiosotope.Result:The experiment confirmed that HA had no immunity and inflammatory reactions,but had well biocompitibility.Clinical use in 14 cases got satisfactory result.After one year of implantation,the dense,border and range of implant have not any change.The radioisotope examination confirmed that the blood floow of implant site closed to the normal site after half a year.Conclusion:Porous HA is a good kind of implant in reparing orbit bone defect.
