摘要
目的：探讨基层医院开展用骨水泥治疗爆裂性眶壁骨折的临床特点及手术方法。方法：我们对23例经螺旋CT检查，明确诊断眶壁骨折的患者进行手术治疗，对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果：术后随访6～12mo，复视好转率95％，眼球内陷治愈率91％，骨水泥无1例排斥。结论：眶壁骨折所致复视、眼球内陷经手术治疗效果确切，安全有效。
AIM ： To present the clinical experience in treatments for explosive fracture of eye-frame with bone-cement in grass-roots hospitals.
METHODS： The methods and clinical results in grassroots hospitals which used bone-cements to treat the explosive fracture of eye-frame were summarized and analyzed. Twenty-three patients who received operations of fracture of eye-frame were reviewed. RESULTS： A follow-up visiting for 6-12 months showed that the rate of improvement was 95% and the curing rate of enophthalmos was 91%. None of the bone-cement was rejected.
CONCLUSION： The operation treatment for the restoration of sight and enophthalmos due to the fracture of eye-frame is accurate and safe.
