摘要
介绍了一种采用先进的倍流同步整流技术设计而成的高效率电池充电模块。本文主要对该充电模块的工作原理进行了分析,提出了充电控制方案,并对整个模块的参数进行了设计。通过设计出一个锂离子充电模块,并进行实验验证了理论设计的准确性。实验结果表明,该充电模块具有输出电流纹波小,动态响应快,输出滤波电感上的损耗小等优点。
A type of high efficiency single Li-ion battery charger which adopts an advanced technology based on current-doubler-synchronous-rectifier is introduced. A detail operational analysis of this topology is given in this paper. Moreover, a proposal of charge-controlling scheme is provided and the parameters of the whole module are designed in the paper. A designed Li-ion battery charger was realized to verify the feasibility of the proposed module. The experimental results indicate that the module exists lots of advantage, such as small output current ripple, fast dynamic response and the little loss in output inductance filter.
