摘要
电池化成作为电池生产过程中的关键工序关系到电池的特性和质量,并直接影响电池的生产成本。本文针对大容量锂离子电池化成设备,设计了一种低压大电流DC/DC升降压变换器。主要包括电路基本拓扑结构选择、反馈模块设计和外围控制电路设计。详细介绍了PWM驱动电路的设计及高频变压器参数的选择与计算。通过实际样机测试,表明该DCYDC变换器充放电效率分别可达75%和74%,且具有工作稳定、体积小、重量轻等优点。
As the critical process in battery production, battery formation is related to the trait and quality of battery and directly affects its production cost. A low voltage, high current DC/DC buck-boost converter is designed in this paper for the formation equipment of large capacity lithium ion battery and the selection of circuit basic topological structure, the designs of feedback module and peripheral control circuits are mainly included. Besides, the design of PWM driving circuit, the selection and calculation of the pa- rameters of high-frequency transformer are introduced in detail. The practical prototype test indicates that the two-way DC/DC converter is of the merits of high stal)ility, high reliability, small size, light weight and its charge/discharge efficiency can be up to 75% and 74% respectively.
