摘要
目的:测量腓骨头关节面形态,为临床上用带血管蒂的游离腓骨头移植替代桡骨远端重建腕关节提供理论依据。方法:用三维摄影测量法测量40例成人腓骨头标本,重建关节面数学模型,然后测量关节面倾角、弧长和曲率。结果:腓骨头关节面后倾角为(9.96±1.47)°,内倾角为(23.07±2.14)°,关节面冠状面弧长为15.9±1.90mm,矢状面弧长为12.8±1.30mm,冠状面屈率为0.154±0.028,矢状面曲率为0.136±0.028。
Objective:To determine the shape of the fibular head and supply anatomical data for the reconstruction of wrist joint through the replacement of the distal radius by vasculized fibula transplantation.Methods:40 cases of the upper ends of fibula were measured with three dimension photogrammery.A mathematical model was built to calculate the angle,curvature and length of arc of the joint surface.Results:The inboards angle of the head of fibula were 23.07±2.14,rearwards angle was 9.96±1.47.The curvature of joint surface in transverse section was 0.154± 0.028 and 0.136±0.028 in sagittal section.The arc length of joint surface in transverse section was 15.9±1.90 and 12.8±1.30 in sagittal section.Conclusions:The head of fibula could be used to replace the lower radius to reconstruct wrist joint.
