摘要
目的 解剖观测成人内耳骨半规管 ,为人类学和临床应用提供基础资料。方法 选择经福尔马林固定过的正常成人头颅正中矢状切面标本 40例。雕刻显示内耳骨半规管 ,测量各骨半规管的跨度、高度、外径、弧长、各骨半规管顶点间距离以及总脚的长度等指标。结果 骨半规管的跨度、高度、外径和弧长分别为 :前 (上 )半规管 7.84± 1.18mm、6 .6 3± 1.18mm、2 .84± 0 .35mm、13.87± 3.5 8mm ;外侧 (水平 )半规管 8.6 1± 1.15mm、5 .5 6± 0 .78mm、2 .80± 0 .6 1mm、10 .88± 1.81mm ;后半规管 9.5 6± 1.2 8mm、7.40± 1.17mm、2 .6 0± 0 .33mm、17.87± 2 .82mm ;各骨半规管顶点间距离分别为 :前后 10 .86± 1.87mm、前外 9.37± 1.6 1mm、后外 7.35± 0 .99mm ;总骨脚长度 :4.98± 0 .6 8mm。结论 三个骨半规管的大小和形态不一 ,后半规管的跨度最大 ,但外径最细 ,与前外半规管相比前半规管较陡直 ,外侧半规管较低平 。
Objective To provide basic data for anthropology and clinical practice,bony semicircular canals of internal ear in adult were measured.Methods 40: samples of adult median saggital section of the head (fixed by formalin)were used. After sculpture,bony semicircular canals were demostrated clearly, the span,height,external diameter,arc length of bony semicircular canal and the distance between vertex of bony semicircular canal and length of bony general foot were measured. Results Span ,height ,external diameter and arcus of three bony semicircular canals was seperately:anterior semicircular canal 7.84±1.18mm, 6.63±1.18mm , 2.84±0.35mm,13.87±3.58mm;lateral semicircular canal: 8.61±1.15mm, 5.56±0.78mm,2.80±0.61mm,10.88±1.81mm;posterior semicircular canal:9.56±1.28mm,7.40±1.17mm,2.60±0.33mm,17.87±2.82mm.The distance between vertexs of various semicircular canal was seperately:anterior-posterior 10.86±1.87mm,anterior-lateral:7.35±0.99mm;the length of bony general foot :4.98±0.68.Conclusions Three bony semicircular canals are not same in appearance and size ,among them,posterior semicircular canal is the most biggest in diameter,but it′s external diamrter is thinnest,lateral semicircular canal is more horizental.It is no siginificant difference between left side and rightone.
