摘要
为了探讨肝炎肝硬化(HC)患者血清可溶性白介素6受体(sIL-6R)和可溶性gp130(sgp130)含量的变化及其临床意义,运用酶联免疫吸附法检测了34例HC患者血清sIL-6R和sgpl30含量。结果表明:①活动性和静止性HC患者血清sIL-6R和sgp130水平均高于正常对照(P<0.01),sIL-6R/sgp130比值HC患者低于正常人,活动性HC患者低于静止性HC患者(P<0.01);②血清sIL-6R和sgp130水平之间呈正相关(r=0.417,P<0.05),sIL-6R、sgpl30水平与血清Bil-T水平间亦呈正相关(分别为r=0.474,r=0.482,P<0.01),而与血清ALT水平无明显相关性(分别为r=0.193,r=0.152,P>0.05)。提示:血清sIL-6R。
In order to study the effect of IFN γ on the C1 inhibitor(C1IFN)synthesis by U937 cells,the concentration of C1INH in the supernatants were measured by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that the human monocytoid cell line U937(pretreated with PMA for 72 hours)spontaneously synthesized small amounts of C1INH and it can be detected until the second day.IFN γ can upregulate C1INH synthesis by U937 cells and C1INH can be detected on the first day after it was added.The effect of IFN γ is time and dose dependent.When the dose raises to 1 000 10 000u/ml,theres a significant increase compared with the control( P < 0.001 ).
