摘要
目的:建立大鼠高脂血症模型并探讨五味子多糖提取物对小鼠高脂血症的影响。方法:随机将50只SD大鼠分成空白组、模型组、五味子多糖低剂量给药组、高剂量给药组及阳性对照组。除空白组饲喂基础饲料外,其它各组连续饲喂高脂饲料3周。后采血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。带指标平稳后,建模成功。空白组继续饲喂基础饲料,其它各组饲喂高脂饲料。同时其中给药组分别以0.60、0.12g/kg两个剂量灌服给予五味子提取物,阳性对照组按2.0g/kg灌喂脂脉康胶囊,空白组及模型组灌胃等量0.2%Tween-80。实验4周。测定TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平。结果:大鼠高脂血症模型的高、低剂量给药组组的TC、TG和LDL-C水平明显下降接近阳性对照组,HDL-C显著升高。结论:五味子多糖提取物具有较强的降血脂作用,有较好的市场开发价值和前景。
The object of this study is to establish hyperlipemia animal model of Chinese magnoliavine fruit extract in hyper-lipemia rats.Method:50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups after fed with high-fat and high-cholesterol diet for 3 weeks.The TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C levels were detected.Afer the TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C levels were stable,the model group(n=10)added with 0.2% Tween-80,Zhimaikang Jiaonang at 2.0g/kg,Chinese magnoliavine fruits extract at 0.60、0.12g/kg respectively.All the rats were sacrificed after 4 weeks. Results: TC, TG, HDL-C levels were rose after with high-fat and high-cholesterol diet and decreased after adding with Chinese magnoliavine fruits extract. LDL-C rose after adding with Chinese magnoliavine fruits extract. Conclusion: The Chinese magnoliavine fruits extract indicated the function of decreasing the blood-lipid, and can be developed to new medicine.
