Study and Development of Distribution Network GIS Based on J2EE and ArcGIS Server

摘要 针对传统配网地理信息系统(GIS)存在的不足,提出在J2EE轻量级框架和ArcGIS Server平台上实现浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构的配电自动制图/设备设施管理/地理信息系统(AM/FM/GIS)。首先介绍基于事件驱动的J2EE轻量级框架和企业级GIS应用开发平台ArcGIS Server,然后根据配电业务流程特点和总体要求,在现有关系数据库平台下对配网GIS进行事件与对象的定义,建立事件驱动的面向对象空间模型,设计并实现了一个B/S架构的配电网AM/FM/GIS系统。运行效果表明该系统先进、实用。 To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional geographic information system (GIS), a browser/server (B/ S) architecture automatic mapping/facility management/geographic information system (AM/FM/GIS) is established based on the J2EE lightweight framework and the ArcGIS Server platform, The J2EE lightweight framework based on event-driven and the enterprise GIS application development platform ArcGIS Server are introduced. According to the flow characteristics and general requirements of the distribu- tion business, the events and objects are defined. The event- driven and object-oriented spatial data model is built for the distribution network GIS under the current relational data- base management system. An actual distribution network AM/FM/GIS system based on the B/S structure is designed under this guiding ideology and architecture. The system's overall running performances show that this system is more advanced and practical.
