摘要
结合电力通信网的特点,在分析ArcIMS和WebGIS技术的基础上,设计了一种基于ArcIMS的电力通信网资源管理系统,详细介绍了系统的结构框架、工作流程、实现方法和主要功能。该系统的应用可以有效地提高电力通信网资源的利用率,降低通信网的运行成本,从整体上提高电力系统对通信网的调度、维护管理水平。
Combining ArcIMS and WebGIS technologies with the characteristics of electric power communication network, this paper designs a resource management system based on WebGIS. It introduces the structure, work flow, realization methods as well as the main functions. The utilization ratio of network resource and dispatching and management level can be improved apparently with low operational cost.
