摘要
我国电力处于快速发展时期,发展智能电网必须兼顾发展方式优化和整体综合运行效率的提高。通过分析我国电力发展面临的关键问题,解读我国坚强智能电网建设的重大举措,系统全面地评价了坚强智能电网建设在提高电力系统效率、实现能源资源优化配置、发展低碳经济等方面的经济效益和社会效益。
China is now experiencing a rapid development period in power sector, but development of smart grid must give consideration to both approach optimization and operating efficiency improvement. Based on an analysis of the key issues in the power development, and an interpretation of the related initiatives on strong and smart grid, the paper makes a comprehensive assessment of the soeial and economic benefits of the strong and smart grid in terms of improving power system efficiency, realizing optimal allocation of energy resources, and developing low-carbon economy.
