摘要
主要对标准施工招标文件通用合同条款和FIDIC新红皮书的工程规范的时效性和针对性、工程师的职权、争端解决机制、索赔、风险管理等重点条款进行了比较研究,分析了两种标准文本存在的差异性及趋同性,并简要分析了原因。
The paper conducted the comparison of the timeliness and targeted of project standard,authority of engineer,dispute settlement mechanism,claim,risk management and other key terms between the general contract conditions in the Standard Construction Bidding Documents and Conditions of Contract for Work of Civil Engineering Construction.In addition,it analysed the differences and the convergences of the two standard contracts.And,it also attempted to give the possible reasons.
