摘要
本文阐述了在国内建设工程施工合同实践中运用合同默示条款制度的必要性,分析、研究和论证了建设工程施工合同中承包商主要合同默示义务条款的内容。
In this paper,the necessity of the uses of implied terms system of contract in domestic construction contract is pointed out,the main contents of the implied terms of contract about contractor＇s key obligations in construction contract are analyzed and studied.
