水稻隐性高秆突变的遗传研究 被引量:18

摘要 以互不等位的半矮秆、正常高秆与隐性高秆水稻杂交,研究表明:隐性高秆由隐性的长节间基因eui所决定,除了eui基因之外,隐性高秆还含有sd1基因,eui与sd1相互独立.隐性高秆和有sd1基因的半矮秆杂交F2表现3半矮∶1高,而与非sd1基因的半矮秆杂交F2表现3对基因的互作.2个隐性高秆相互杂交表明它们携带的长节间基因是相同的. Non allelic genes and their relationship among various semidwarfs, normal tall and recessive tall mutants in rice were studied. Results from F 1 and F 2 generations indicated that recessive tall was controlled by an elongated uppermost internode gene ( eui ). In addition, it carried a common semidwarf gene sd 1 which was non allelic to eui gene. F 2 segregation ratio of recessive tall hybridized to various semidwarfs with the same sd 1 gene showed a good fit to 3 semidwarf∶1 tall. However, some segregation ratio of F 2 generation showed interaction of 3 genes in the crosses of recessive tall with semidwarfs other than sd 1 gene. Two recessive tall mutants carried the same eui gene. It discussed the applications of eui gene in indica japonica hybrid rice breeding.
