摘要
农业产业化的发展,是解决"三农"问题、实现农村经济社会快速发展的必然选择。目前,湖南农业产业化已经初具规模,但也存在着一系列突出的问题,根本的原因在于制度的约束,主要是土地制度约束、金融制度约束及农产品流通制度约束,论文对此进行了分析,并提出了促进湖南农业产业化发展的一系列对策及建议。
The development of agricultural industrialization is the inevitable choice so as to solve the'Three problems about Farmers,Agriculture and Rural'and to achieve the rapid development of the rural economy and society.At present,the agricultural industrialization in the Hunan toke initial shape,but there are a series of outstanding issues.The fundamental reasons are called system constraints,mainly the land system constraints,the financial system and the circulation of agricultural products bound system constraints. Based on analysis of these problems,the paper raises some advices on how to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in Hunan.
