摘要
文章指出,农业及其关联产业经济效益低制约"三农"问题的解决,目前很少有运用规模经济和范围经济理论来阐释提高农业效益,而这是解决"三农"问题的重要突破口。文章以湖南衡阳县为实证阐述了其农业规模经济与范围经济的现状及存在的问题,从理论上探讨解决这些问题的机制意义重大。农业规模经济的形成机制源于:农业投入与流通成本的降低、农业生产的固定的共享和单位产品管理成本的降低;农业范围经济源于:农业生产的周期性、农业品牌专用性、农业可变成本互补性、农业机械设备和信息的共享性等。解决"三农"问题效益低的相应举措亦应从农业生产公司化、因地制宜的机械化、延伸农业产业链和实施品牌农业等入手。
Low economic efficiency of the agricultural industry and its related industries is restraining the settlement of the ＂three rural issues＂. There is little use of economies of scale and economic of scope theory to explain the increase agricultural efficiency, and this is a way to resolve the ＂three rural issues＂. The status quo is not optimistic for the agricultural economies of scale and economies of scope in Hengyang County, and the paper considered theoretically explore mechanisms to solve these problems is significant. Paper explore theoretically mechanism of these issues have great significance. The formation mechanism of the agricultural economies of scale due to： lower cost of agricultural inputs and circulation, lower fixed share of agricultural production per unit of product management costs; Agricultural economies of scope due to： the cyclical nature of the agricultural production, agricultural brand dedicated, variable cost complementary of agriculture, agricultural machinery and equipment and information sharing, etc.; The appropriate way to solve the effective low of ＂three rural issues＂： agricultural production company, implementation of mechanization in accordance with local conditions, extend agricultural industrial chain and implement brands agriculture.
