摘要
本文先从农村金融历史发展的角度,阐述了正规金融和非正规金融的历史变迁,描述农村金融的发展现状。接着从理论上分析农村金融现状的产生及其根本原因,并辅以大量事实进行论证。从而,为正确解决农村金融的供给短缺问题提供了有益的思路。
At first this paper expatiate the variance of rural formal finance and informal finance from their history and status quo. Followed that is to analyze the fundamental cause of rural finance plight and demonstrate with abundant facts. Thus this paper provides valuably a point of view, which is how to correctly resolve the problem of rural finance supply short.
