摘要
目的建立灭澳灵胶囊中异嗪皮啶的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。测定条件为Kro-masil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）柱;流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸（15∶85）;流速：1.0 mL.min-1,柱温：30℃,检测波长为343 nm。结果异嗪皮啶在0.098 4~0.984μg与峰面积线性关系良好,得回归方程：Y=3.69×106X-2.855×103,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.82%,RSD=0.85%（n=9）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于灭澳灵胶囊中异嗪皮啶的定量分析。
Objective To establish a method to determine isofraxidin in Mieaoling capsules.Methods HPLC method was used.The chromatographic conditions were as follows：Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）;the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% H3PO4（15∶85）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature was 30 ℃;and detective wavelength was 343 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear at 0.098 4~0.984 μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery rate was 98.82%（n=9）,and RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine isofraxidin in Mieaoling capsules.
