摘要
目的：建立肿节风中主要有效成分异秦皮啶的含量测定方法。方法：采用μＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＣ１８柱，乙腈０．１％磷酸（２０∶８０）为流动相，检测波长３４４ｎｍ。结果：平均回收率为９８．１％，ＲＳＤ为１．９％（ｎ＝５）。结论：提供了对肿节风质量控制的方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of isofraxidin in Sarcandra glabra. Method:Using HPLC with μ Bondapak C 18 column,acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid solution(20∶80) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 344nm.Result:The recovery and RSD were 98.1% and 1.9%( n =5)respectively.Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and accurate,thus may be used for the quality control of this drug.
