摘要
目的建立刺五加注射液中异秦皮啶的含量测定方法。方法使用C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为344nm。结果进样量与峰面积线性关系良好,异秦皮啶平均回收率为99.69%,RSD为1.33%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法分离良好,可用于刺五加注射液的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination method of the isofraxidin content in Ciwujia Injection. Methods HPLC was used to determine isofraxidin in Ciwujia Injection on C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（20： 80） as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength of 344 nm. Results The linearity of this method was better. The average recovery rate was 99.69%, RSD was 1.33% （n=6）.Conclusion This method shows good separating degree and can be used for the quality control of Ciwujia Injection.
