摘要
我院自1990年以来，烧、烫伤主要用湿润烧伤膏治疗，至1996年已累计治愈不同面积，不同深度烧、烫伤203例。经总结，湿润烧伤膏治疗烧、烫伤效果显著。可避免大部分创面的植皮，愈后疤痕不明显，用药方便。还能避免传统包扎疗法大面积换药时的患者痛苦与一些和换药相关的不良反应：寒颤、发热、加重休克、感染扩散等。我们认为湿润烧伤膏治疗烧、烫伤总体效果好，适应症广，值得推广应用。
203 cases of scalds with different area and depth were treated with MEBO. Mostof the patients healed without skin grafting and no scar formation. The results were very satis-factory. MEBO is easy to apply. No pain, fever, chill, infection spreading nor shock worseninghappened. MEBO when applied in conjunction with bath therapy can result in even better effica-cy.
