摘要
目的 :观察MEBT/MEBO对烧伤病人的治疗效果。方法 :全程采用MEBT/MEBO治疗 2 6 3例不同面积和深度的烧伤病人 ,同时根据病情予以全身综合性治疗。结果 :治愈 2 6 1例 ,总治愈率 99 2 % ,浅Ⅲ度无功能障碍愈合 ,小面积Ⅲ度创面可不植皮。结论 :MEBT/MEBO利于创面修复 ,减少瘢痕形成 ,方法简便 。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating different burn.Method:263 cases of different area and depth burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO,and systemic treatment were taken.Results:261 cases cured.Total curative rate was 99 2%.Superficial third degree burn healed without dysfunction.Small area third degree burn wounds healed without skin grafing.Conclusion:MEBT/MEBO provides a favorable environment to the repair of burn wounds,and reduces scarformation.It gives very reliable efficacy and is easy to apply.
