摘要
本文报道一例100％烫伤病人（浅Ⅱ°9％、深Ⅱ°81％、Ⅲ°10％），采用MEBO加药物浸浴为主的综合治疗而治愈。作者强调了药物浸浴在应用MEBO治疗大面积烫伤中协助作用的重要性。认为：大面积烧烫伤创面无论运用什么药物都不可避免的发生感染，应用药物没浴可协助MEBO清除创面脱落坏死组织，充分发挥MEBO引流通畅的作用，并增强抗感染能力。对烧伤的愈合起促进作用。
A case of 100%BSA scald (superficial second de-gree 9%, deep second degree 81 % and third degree10% ) was healed by treating with MEBO in combina-tion with drug soaking bath. Drug soaking bath to-gether with MEBO played an important role in promot-ing the healing of large area scald. Large area scaldwounds are always infected. Drug soaking balhhelped to remove necrotic tissue and to promote ade-quate drainage in wounds. Therefore, it enhanced theresistance of the locaI tissue to infections and facilitat-ed healing of the wounds.
