摘要
用芳香族二胺单体和芳香族四羧酸二酐分别合成了两种聚酰胺酸溶液,在铜箔上将这两种聚酰胺酸溶液逐层涂布,热亚胺化形成单面板,并在压机中与铜箔高温热压制成二层法双面挠性覆铜板。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)和动态热力学分析仪(DMA)对这两种聚酰亚胺树脂的复合膜进行了性能分析。对二层法双面挠性覆铜板进行了多项性能测试,结果表明该挠性覆铜板的性能符合IPC-4204标准,具有良好的工业化前景。
Two kinds of polyamide acids(PAA),TPI-PAA and PI-PAA were synthesized by aromatic diamine monomer and aromatic dianhydride in NMP.The PAAs were coated on copper foils layer by layer in the order of TPI-PI-TPI.It was imidized and then laminated with another copper foil to form a two-layer flexible copper clad laminate(FCCL).The mechanism of three-layer PAA was analyzed by FTIR,TGA and DMA.The properties of FCCL were measured,which indicates that it is in consistent with the IPC-4204 standard.
