摘要
以双酚A、2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯为基本原料,在N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,经亲核取代反应制得了2,2-双[4-(2-三氟甲基-4-硝基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BNPP-2TF),并利用Pd/C、水合肼进一步还原得到2,2-双[4-(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP-2TF)单体。以PMDA作为二酐单体,BAPP-2TF作为二胺单体,N,N'-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,聚合得到聚酰胺酸溶液,涂膜,热亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺薄膜,并对薄膜性能进行了研究。结果表明,制备的聚酰亚胺薄膜具有较低的吸水率和表面能,较好的热性能、光学性能和力学性能。
2,2-bis[4-(2-trifluoromethyl-4-nitrophenoxy)phenyl]propane(BNPP-2TF) was synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride with 2,2-bis(4-hydroxy-phenyl) propane in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide;then BNPP-2TF was reduced into 2,2-bis[4-(2-trifluoromethyl-4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane(BAPP-2TF) in the reduction system of Pd/C and hydrazine hydrate.The polyamic acid solution was prepared by polycondensation reaction between diamine(BAPP-2TF) and aromatic dianhydride(PMDA) in the solvent(DMAc);and the corresponding polyimide film was prepared by thermal imidization of the polyamic acid.The properties of polyimide film were also studied.
