摘要
文章对不同类型挠性覆铜板的加工设备分类、组成、技术参数和配置特点进行了分析,并在此基础上对各工艺设备的成熟度、可靠性、设备投资等进行了对比,指出挠性覆铜板生产线的建设方案应根据以上工艺设备的分析内容及产品定位、企业特点、技术优势、原材料来源等进行选择和确定。
In this paper,the classification,composition,technical parameters and configuration characteristics of processing equipment of different type flexible copper-clad laminate are analyzed,and also the maturity,reliability and equipment investment of process equipment are compared. The construction plan of flexible copper-clad laminate production line should be selected and determined according to the above equipment analysis,product positioning,enterprise feature,technological advantage,material sources.
