摘要
以2,2-双[4-(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP-2TF)单体为二胺原料,与二苯醚四羧酸二酐(ODPA)、二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)、联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)、双酚A二酐(BPADA)二酐单体聚合、亚胺化得到4种聚酰亚胺薄膜,并进行研究分析。结果表明,BAPP-2TF系列薄膜具有良好的疏水性、耐热性、光学透明性和优良的力学性能。
Polyamic acid solutions were prepared by polycondensation reaction between diamine(BAPP-2TF) and aromatic dianhydrides including 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA),3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic benzophenone dianhydride(BTDA),3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic biphenyl dianhydride(BPDA),2,2[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]propane dianhydride(BPADA);and the corresponding polyimide films were prepared by thermal imidization of the polyamic acids.The properties of the polyimide films were tested by FTIR,DSC,TGA,some material testing machines and UV-Vis spectrometer,etc.
