摘要
以二苯醚四甲酸二酐(OPDA)为二酐单体,2,2-双[4(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)为二胺单体,采用两步法制备了一种新型的聚酰亚胺。探讨了反应时间对聚酰胺酸特性黏度的影响,当反应时间为15 h左右时,所得到的聚酰胺酸的特性黏度达到了1.32 g/dL。采用FT-IR和DSC对聚酰胺酸和聚酰亚胺进行了表征,发现聚酰亚胺具有比较低的玻璃化转变温度,为226℃。对产物的力学性能测试结果表明,这种新型聚酰亚胺具有一定的塑性行为,其断裂伸长为29%。
A novel polyimide was synthesized from 2, 2'-bis [4- (4-aminophenoxy)phenyl] propane (BAPP) and 3,3' ,4,4'-oxydiphthalic dianhydride (ODPA) by two-step method. The effect of reaction time on the intrinsic viscosity of polyamic acid was discussed, and it is up to 1.32 g/dL when reaction time is about 15 hr. FTIR was employed to characterize the structures of polyamic acid and polyimide. DSC spectra showed that the glass transition temperature of the polyimide is about 226 ℃, which is lower than other aromatic polyimides. The measurement of mechanical properties indicated that the novel polyimide exhibits a typical yield behavior of thermoplastic polymers, which is very different from other polyimides. The elongation at break of polyamic acid and polyimide is 6℃and 29℃, respectively.
