通过对上海交通枢纽型商业中心进行实地考察,结合国内外典型案例,详细分析了交通枢纽型商业地产的规划与设计特征。
By the field survey to the transit-hub commercial center in Shanghai,this article discusses the characteristics of planning and design of the commercial estate of traffic hinge with classical examples of oversea and domestic. In the end,it offers reflections on the mode of its joint development.
