Analyses the status quo and trend of commercial real estate to influencing investment, as well as the close connection between commercial real estate and consumption, it is pointed out that to develop commercial real estate has important significant for keeping the steady increase of investment and promoting consumption, and the direct and indirect contribution rate to economic growth will be improved.
