摘要
随着我国大规模的城际轨道、城市轨道、高速铁路建设热潮的来临,如何实现交通基础设施布局与城镇空间拓展的协调发展是一个值得重视和研究的课题。本文探讨在城市旧城改造过程中,基于TOD模式下的交通枢纽地块的土地综合利用。
The inter-city rail,urban rail,high-speed railway construction is stepping into the peak period in China.How to coordinate the traffic layout and urban spatial expansion is a subject worthy of attention and study.This article explores integration of transport hub at the process of urban redevelopment basing on TOD model.
