摘要
苹果酸是一种C4二羧酸,三羧酸循环中间代谢产物。它已经被广泛地应用于聚合物、食品、医药工业等行业。为提高黄曲霉苹果酸产量,应用代谢流通量进行分析,找到微生物代谢途径中主流途径,通过分子生物学技术构建黄曲霉高产菌株,为苹果酸的工业生产提供有效途径。
Malic acid is a C4-dicarboxylic acid and an intermediate of tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle.It has been widely used in the polymer, food and pharmaceutical industries.Metabolic flux analysis was performed to find a strategy for enhanced malic acid production in Aspergillus flavus.Microbial metabolic pathways in mainstream approach were studied through high molecular biology technology.Aflatoxin strains of industrial production is provide for malic acid effective way.
