摘要
以随机抽样问卷调查方法，就家庭经济情况、饮食习惯、营养状况、家族史等方面的２１７项子内容对河北省赞皇县境内胃癌高发区和相对低发区１１０１名３０岁以上居民进行了对比分析。结果发现，赞皇县胃癌高发区居民年均收入较相对低发区低，调查对象有胃癌及胃溃疡家族史者明显高于相对低发区；高发区男性居民有吸烟习惯者达６９７％，明显高于相对低发区（４５８％）；高发区男性居民喜食热烫食物和缺乏营养平衡意识的比率明显高于相对低发区。

In order to understand the effects of methylmercury on mitochondrial DNA polymerase of ovary of mice,mitochondria of ovary of mice were seperated.The crude extract of DNA polymerase was made by ultra centrifugation.The activity of DNA polymerase was measured by DNA replication in vitro.Results showed that methylmercury could affect the activity of mitochondrial DNA polymerase of ovary of mice.The activity of DNA polymerase was increased with doses of administration enlenged and there was dosedependent relationship.It indicated the activity of DNA polymerase related to the DNA demage repaire synthesis occured.
