摘要
目的：探讨银杏叶提取物对胃平滑肌电活动的影响。方法：将家兔２６只随机分成４组取胃，分别灌流乙酰胆碱、乙酰胆碱＋阿托品、银杏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物＋乙酰胆碱，记录胃肌电活动并比较。结果：银杏叶提取物对乙酰胆碱增强胃肌电活动有压抑作用，但单纯银杏叶提取物对胃肌电活动无影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Ginkgo leave abstracts on gastric Myoelectric activity of rabbit. METHODS: 26 rabbits were divided into 4 groups in random. Their stomachs were isolated from rabbit body and were perfused by Ach. Ach plus atropin. Ginkgo leave abstracts, Ginkgo leave abstracts plus Ach. The Myoelectric activity was recorded and compared between the four groups. RESULTS: Ginkgo leave abstracts had a inkibiting effect on Ach for its effect of gastric Myoeletric activity, but no direct effect on gastric Myoelectric activity. CONCLUSION: Ginkgo leave abstracts have certain indirect effect on gastrointestinal movement function.
