摘要
采用离体功能实验,测定豚鼠胃底、体、窦部纵、环平滑肌由乙酰胆碱和阿托品引起的PD_2及PA_2。胃底、体部纵、环肌间的PD_2和PA_2差异非常显著,而窦部数值相近。结果提示:胃底、体部纵、环肌上可能存在高、低两种不同亲和性的毒草碱受体,胃窦部则以低亲和性毒蕈碱受体为主。
With functional experiments in vitro, we observed PD_2 & PA_2 values of atropine & Ach, for longitudinal and circular smooth muscles in gastric fundus, body & antrum of guinea-pig. PD_2 % PA_2 values of longitudinal muscles were significantly different from those of circular muscles in the body & fundus, but similar in the antrum. The maximum contraction of longitudinal &. circular muscles in antrum was less than that in other regiors. The result indicated that two kinds of muscarine receptors with low & high affinities might exist in the body & fundus of the stomach, while in the antrum there mainly were muscarine receptors with low affinity.
