摘要
采用放射配体结合分析法,检定了正常豚鼠胃平滑肌组织中M胆碱受体,证实存在着高亲和力、低结合容量和低亲和力高结合容量两种组分。由于作用不同的蛋白质修饰剂,对这两种组分与标记配体结合的影响不同,故认为它们是两种亲和力不同的结合部位。
Muscarinic receptors in normal sastric smooth muscles of the guinca-pig were analysed by radioligand binding study. The experiment demonstrated that there were two kinds of components both with high affinity, low binding capacity and low affinity, high binding capacity. Since protein modulators with various action had different effects on the bindints of two components to labeled liganel, we concluded that the two compenents were the binding sites with different affinities.
